Impress Laundry Services provides laundry cleaning and related services to customers. All services are carried out with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards.
Customers must inform Impress Laundry Services of any stains, marks, or fabric sensitivities prior to sending laundry.
While we take every care to treat stains, stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Impress Laundry Services will not be held responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed stains, fabric weaknesses, or care label inaccuracies.
Customers must check their laundry upon return.
Any missing items or issues must be reported as soon as possible within 24 hours of receipt.
Claims reported late will not be accepted.
All services are charged according to the agreed pricing at the time of service.
An invoice will be issued upon completion of services.
Invoices must be paid in full before laundry is collected or delivered.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice issue date, a 5% late payment charge will be applied and then 5% for every subsequent 7 days.
If payment remains outstanding 28 days after the invoice issue date, an additional 10% charge will be applied.
Impress Laundry Services reserves the right to withhold laundry until payment is received in full.
Collection and delivery days are Monday and Friday.
Bank Holiday Mondays will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
While we aim to meet scheduled times, delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are suitable for professional laundering.
Items left in pockets (e.g. coins, pens, keys) are the responsibility of the customer. Impress Laundry Services is not liable for damage caused by such items.
Impress Laundry Services’ liability is limited to the reasonable value of the laundry item.
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, colour loss, shrinkage, or damage due to fabric quality or manufacturer defects.
Impress Laundry Services reserves the right to refuse service for items that may pose a risk to equipment, staff, or other customers’ laundry.
